FLEXIBLE RATES

Deposit* : No prepayment - the hotel reserves the right to verify credit cards.

Modification/Cancellation*: free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, Paris time.

Cancellation on day of arrival or no-show : the first night will be charged.

*Please note that bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions -(see groups)

PRICE LIST CONDITIONS TRADE SHOW PERIOD

Special conditions may apply during trade fair periods.

PRE-PAID RATES - NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposit *: 100% of the total cost of your stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Modification/Cancellation *: The total amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation/modification and will not be reimbursed, whatever the reason for the cancellation.
It is not possible to change the dates of the stay initially booked.

GROUP RATES

Special conditions apply for group bookings. The hotel will provide a customised proposal, accordingly.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (APPLICABLE TO ALL RATES) :

Breakfast (if not included in room rate): €26 per person per day - Children's breakfast free up to age 12.

Express Breakfast: €16

Extra bed: €80 - baby cot free up to age 3

Pets : on request

Tourist tax: €8.13 (€8.45 from 01/01/2025) per day, per person over 18.

VAT : Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. They are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and may be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival : Rooms are available from 2pm.

Check-out : Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A late check-out charge may be applied for any departure after this time, by agreement between the customer and the person at the hotel reception desk.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms. In the event of non-compliance, a charge will  be made for subsequent cleaning.
